Gesa Krämer
combines her experience as recruiter, book-author, sales coach and bodypsychotherapist into active-minded trainings, needs-orientated facilitations and individual coaching. She is one of the managing directors of consilia cct: Create Culture Together, an institute which focuses on supporting people, companies and organizations become highly effective in international and diverse contexts. Claudia Ruppert-Sand
works as an independent trainer for well-known public offices and firms. She lives in Germany near Stuttgart and in Southern France where she also gives seminars for live leadership and personal development in a very relaxing environment in her Mediterranean house.

Irmtraud Schmitt
has more than 20 years experience as management assistant on top management level. In parallel to her current demanding role as assistant as well as press and media coordinator, she also works as a trainer and teacher in the field of "office management".
